Harsh response from front office manager when have feedback

Checked out on May 1 2024. Gave feedback that checkout is taking more than at this hotel. She gave rude feedback that, speak to your office and give a complaint that we are taking more time for checkout. And hotel will respond to your office. No soft response or apology We are spending more time and time coming from other city. This isn’t way to response.

Very satisfied ❤️🌷Food and service both were really good. Roshni Srijana and Dipika ❤️ Clean. Room service was excellent too. Parking needs more space probably. Hotel front office needs more staff when more customers. Location is perfect too.

Superb hospitality , had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Guwahati, the staff is always very forthcoming. Riya, Shrijana and Roshni ensured that our stay was absolutely comfortable

An average hotel at gateway to north east

An average hotel within city. Rooms are ok ok. Upkeep needs attention.poorly maintained ceiling in lobby and inside room.. Window glass were left uncleaned thoroughly with oily marks, probably previous occupants tried standing there . Food is terrible. I had breakfast and lunch both.. Trust either trainees are preparing food or some serious issue with cooks there. Only good part of food is onion salad. Waiters were good but.
